I stayed here on 10/9, I was extremely early but the check in gal said it was no problem! Being a diamond member is amazing just with the early check-in perk! The front desk girl was so nice and so accommodating. Great experience!!

Nice location off of I-15. Lobby is a bit worn but rooms are clean. My biggest complaint is the conference room they rent out. Our room was right above the conference room where someone was having a loud party on a Friday night. Loud music emanated through the walls and floor. Apparently this location cares more about the experience of people renting their conference room for a loud party than people renting a normal room hoping for a peaceful sleep. If you choose this location, ask for a room at the facility at the end opposite of their conference room or go to a different hotel.

Location was convenient. Had some issues with the room, management was very responsive to my initial concerns however my second night stay indicated there was no change.

Very clean hotel with a beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and well-kept bathrooms. The bar is a nice touch, and breakfast was hot with plenty of options. Front desk staff (the ladies) were so pleasant and welcoming. Great location near shops and about 25 minutes from the airport. Docking one star because housekeeping only came once in a week and did a sloppy job with the bed and didn't vacuum or anything else. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Holiday Inn.

My room was a standard 2 queen room. It was small like what you'd expect at one of the many different hotels with a number in their name. However, it was clean, including the carpets. The beds and pillows were comfortable too. The price of the room was slightly more than what the various hotels with a number in their name cost too. The service could have been better. My room's tub drain was broken. If you pulled up on the stopper, the knob came off completely, leaving the stopper down & the drain plugged. I couldn't get it to drain. We scheduled maintenance for 9am. He arrived at 8:45am and refused to wait for the person using the bathroom to finish so he could fix the tub. He said he was going home and left. We had to get to a business meeting & had to leave not knowing what we'd return to, but thankfully when we got back, the tub was drained; although not fixed, so we continued to deal with it for the remainder of the week. I notified them again upon checkout. Another major disappointment was learning there is no food included with a room. Not even a courtesy continental breakfast like the places with a number in their name offer with their rooms. Instead, you have to buy a voucher to have breakfast in the built-in restaurant. If you purchase the voucher upon check-in, it's $10 per person. If you buy your meal at the restaurant during breakfast it's $15 per person. That's a rather expensive breakfast given the menu and hours restrictions. It was an annoying inconvenience, but I got fruit & muffins from the nearby grocery store. At least I had a continental breakfast like what would have been included with a reservation at one of those places with a number in their name. Also, this location is next to train tracks. I live by train-tacks anyway, so wasn't bothered by the trains. The freight train was longer and louder than the Trax passenger train. But if you're not accustomed to trains or a light sleeper, it might affect your stay. I'll think twice before making a reservation at a Holiday Inn. It seems they are living off a reputation for being a high-end place that they no longer deserve. Amenities and services are better, for less money at lower-end places.
