  I loved the hot tub, great restaurant for dinner, and the breakfast was amazing! So many delicious options! I was really impressed. The bed was not the most comfortable, but I wasn't surprised I thought this was a great hotel experience for the price.

  Great location with clean well maintained building. Great breakfast and opportunities to discover restaurants nearby. whether you are traveling with your family or business I would recommend this clean modernized hotel.

  Recently stayed here for one night as a little "staycation" and loved it. I was downtown for a late night comedy show and didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting home after. The hotel was a great value and within walking distance from good restaurants and the event venue. The hotel offered covered parking, which was great; however, it wasn't guaranteed. I didn't realize how few spots they had available for guests, but it would have been nice to know it was first come, first serve before traveling down. I almost didn't get a spot, so I definitely would have planned to head down sooner had a known it was limited. Other than that, the experience was great.

  The staff were helpful and nice, but that’s that only good thing I can say about my stay. I was charged over $300 per night for an outdated room with a bland breakfast. That’s absurd for a city that has so little to offer, when stays at Chicago or NYC are less money, and for a Holiday Inn Express at that. If it was a standard $100 or less, I’d have had a fine stay. But really? Over $300 A NIGHT? Criminal. The only good thing about my visit is that I never need to go to SLC again.

  When I made reservations I was not told about a parking fee. I asked to have my card not charged, I would go somewhere else. They told me I would be charged anyway. I asked for the manager. Nicolas told me I was being disrespectful, it caught me off guard. I said I was being respectful, I said I haven't yelled or cursed. He said I raised my voice. I said I am being direct, not to be misunderstood. I said that he would know if I was being rude. He said "what are you going to do about it" I looked him in the eye and said you better be careful! Nicholas was very rude. The young lady was trying to do what she could to be helpful. I never did speak to a manager. I stayed the night but will find lodging elsewhere from now on..
