I requested maintenence because my room has a nail coming from the floor and after hour and a half she said that there was no maintenence that evening. So then I requested a change of room and she was rude and mad.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a family suite, which was a nice surprise, and the room itself had a lot going for it: updated fixtures, great water pressure, plenty of outlets by the beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, two TVs, and a Keurig in the room (plus fresh coffee in the lobby). The restaurant in the lobby is genuinely good, the fitness center was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. That said, a few maintenance issues stood out. The biggest problem was the fan in the room, which made a loud clicking noise all night and was hard to ignore. There was also a broken bathroom tile that shifted when you stepped on it, and in a few spots the carpet felt bumpy, like something was left underneath during installation. The pool was also closed, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with solid amenities and great staff, but a few fixable issues kept it from being a great stay.
