There is a good buffet breakfast included and an attached restaurant for those who prefer an alternative and want to pay for the meal. Thete are several other hotels surrounding the building and restaurants within walking distance. There us also an indoor shopping mall two blocks away with a variety of stores (e.g., Nordstrom and Macy's). If you need a pharmacy, it us near Macy's on Main Street.

Il n'y a pas trop de bruit dans les couloirs. Pour ma part javais un peu trop de bruits de VMC et frigo mais au bout d'un moment on arrive à s'habituer. Le petit dej est bien fournis mais tout la vaisselle est jetable, cela fait bizarre mais on prend l'habitude aussi

Our AC kept turning on and off, and even though we called several times, no one came to check it until the last day. The front desk staff sounded annoyed each time we asked for help, which made the experience disappointing. The maintenance person was very kind! but overall the service doesn’t match the price. There’s definitely room for improvement.

They offered a $160 cancellation fee when we booked it a minute prior. Also, the air conditioner in our room was broken and we called every day to have it fixed but no one showed until the last night. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are way too soft. We also washed clothes before leaving and had to pay twice for the drying because they were damp and there wasn’t many clothes drying. We went to the pool and it was nice but we were disappointed that the sauna was out of order which wasn’t noted on their website. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. There were many other cheap hotels in the area but the fact that the hotel didn’t cancel right after booking was disappointing. It seems that this hotel leans more on money rather than customer service & experience.

Wanted to spend a day and a half in the city to see what they have to offer. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located to many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was nice and well stocked. Didn’t patronize the attached restaurant, but asked some folks and they approved. Parking, while paid, was very convenient. Did a city tour and they picked up and dropped off right at the hotel. Super friendly staff. Stay on the 6th floor and loved the view. Decently priced for “downtown”. Would recommend.
