When I made reservations I was not told about a parking fee. I asked to have my card not charged, I would go somewhere else. They told me I would be charged anyway. I asked for the manager. Nicolas told me I was being disrespectful, it caught me off guard. I said I was being respectful, I said I haven't yelled or cursed. He said I raised my voice. I said I am being direct, not to be misunderstood. I said that he would know if I was being rude. He said "what are you going to do about it" I looked him in the eye and said you better be careful! Nicholas was very rude. The young lady was trying to do what she could to be helpful. I never did speak to a manager. I stayed the night but will find lodging elsewhere from now on..

Went so that I could take my kids swimming. The pool was really cold. We were the only ones there all day. The breakfast was one of the better ones that I've had. Overall great time.

I stayed here while attending a conference across the street, and I was very happy with my stay. The front desk person was so helpful when I checked in! Then the room was clean and in good shape. The gym (there are 2!) was empty and the machines worked. The breakfast was well stocked and kept clean. The laundry room was also in good shape, and the front desk was able to get me quarters to use it. Overall a great hotel experience, and I would certainly stay here again!

Very old and simple hotel with negligent housekeeping. I paid $1400 for 3 nights for a conference nearby, but the hotel is $100/night at best. Expect a bed and not much else. The light will also seep through early morning through the presumably black out shades because they have holes and openings on the side.
First day - my room wasn’t cleaned. I thought ok, maybe because I left the room around 1:00 pm and they missed it. Second morning, I asked the housekeeping right in front of my room to clean it while I was leaving, she said No and moved away. Maybe she didn’t understand me. I instructed the reception that my room wasn’t cleaned yesterday and to please have it cleaned now. They asked if I had a do not disturb sign; I did not. 5 hrs later, no cleaning was done; trash and wet towels piling up. And they told me housekeeping already left for the day. That’s unacceptable. Even if the hotel was priced at a fraction, at minimum I expect my trash to be taken after I specifically asked two different persons for it. Look elsewhere.
