  Need some more time to get service together new to IHG..Pool nice breakfast was weak. Lots of noise from work being done still

  Great stay overall. The room was clean, everything was in order, and the hotel was well maintained. Ron at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate his great customer service

  Terrible service. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes while they were on the phone, only to be told I couldn’t check in because another guest didn’t show up. I booked and paid — this is ridiculous. If you don’t know how to run a business, you should get proper training.

  We stayed for a total of 2 nights/2 rooms each on Oct. 14th and again on Oct 16th. Check in was very slow both times. I'm not sure why it took so long, not sure if the clerk was new or what. The initial entrance to the hotel was okay. But it was walking down the long hallway to our rooms is when we started getting concerned. The appearance of the hallway alone was that of an old Super8 hotel from the 70's. Inside the rooms the appearance was better, definitely updated more recently. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs repairs: did not have hot water at all in the sink. The vanity looked like they pieced together a stand out of wood and didn't complete it. My sister was in another room and in her bathroom the shower pullout handle separated from the wall with water spraying out. Our next stay, 2 days later we had similar problems with the shower head separating from the wall (no silicone?) and my sisters room (which was the same room we had 2 nights before which they said they fixed everything...proved they did not. There was no HOT water, luke warm at best. I would NOT stay here again. There are so many hotels in that area you can do better.
