High production value, great atmosphere. The experience was a lot of fun, and the surrounding activities (concessions, drinks, photo booths) really added to it. The one drawback was one particular room with COPIOUS fog machine smoke, way more than we were expecting from the waiver or any of the warnings on the website. A couple people in our group were asthmatic and they were coughing for a good ten minutes after that room. It's worth bringing an N95 or rushing through that particular area, if you have lung issues.
Overall it was a fun experience, but there's room for improvement. When you go through the house, your own group is put together with others to form a group of about 10 people. This group traverses through the house, and you need to stay toegether. The problem was that me and my friends were in the back half of this group, and the front half got all of the scares. They were younger kids with their mom, so naturally they're more prone to scares, and I totally understand the actors going for it. But when you pay to be scared and you don't get it it's a bit of a letdown. I only was scared twice in the whole 45 minutes I was there, which was disappointing. Then to top it off, about halfway through we caught up to the group in front of us, so there were even less scare opportunities. Maybe they should reduce crowd sizes or take a page from Universal and figure out how to manage a conga line of guests through the house.
Beyond that, however, the theming and overall vibe was excellent. They put a lot of effort in all the decorations, lights, and more, and that was great. It was also well organized, clean, and easy to navigate which was a big help as well. They just need to work on the main part of being a haunted house haha.

I was terrified and it didn’t disappoint. It was my first time, so I had no idea what to expect, and was amazed, but also petrified. An experience that traumatized me- in a good way. The actors were respectful of the amount of fear I was already possessed by, and didn’t come up to end me with their convincing amounts of fright (I skipped the touch of fear). Well maybe some wanted me to be a part of the experience, and they tried to bring me into the moment I desperately wanted to escape and just because they can’t touch you doesn’t mean you’re missing out. I appreciate them for the “I want to scare you, enjoy my performance and maybe give you nightmares” despite me looking down and covering my ears. Fear makes us stronger and it challenges our thoughts and views of the world while also adding that sense of safety and security. I was so scared, I don’t want to go back- not because it was a bad experience, but because the experience was so good I’m still recovering from my goosebumps. I highly recommend it to those who want to experience true fear, with each step you take bringing you closer to terror with a twist of fun and something to haunt many generations. Lastly no horror movie could compare. 🙏🏻😱😍

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been to several top rated haunted houses around the country and this one was by far my favorite. I personally don’t get scared, but I like to be surprised (so I always have to be in front haha) and there were quite a few dark corners and places for people to pop out of. We did the VIP, definitely worth it as it is more immersive if the actors can touch you. The best part was that it was HUGE and they had a ton of different themes, didn’t feel like I was in and out right away and there are so many different types of “fears” that it can hit on (heights, claustrophobia, etc.) They had fantastic animatronics, awesome themes, great actors, and just an overall awesome experience. Even on the way in there were actors doing cool stuff (one guy stopped to show me how he can hammer a nail into his nose haha). I don’t want to give away tons of details, but I would go to this again for sure and will tell everyone it is definitely worth it.

My friends and I had so much fun at Fear Factory! We went the day before Halloween so it was crowded, and we waited more than an hour. Definitely plan your visit beforehand, especially parking. We had to walk a few blocks from our spot. Our tickets were about $30 for general admission, but the experience was worth it! The set design was to DIE for! Do not go it you are claustrophobic, have a fear of heights, and don't like fake spiders or fake gore. My friends and I don't have those fears, so we had a lot of fun! The actors are great, and they will not chase you. We were slowly followed by an actor at one point. There is an option to have them touch you, but we didn't upgrade to that. Groups are big so you will most likely be walking with strangers. There are exits if you get too scared. I had so much fun and the workers not acting were very nice. There are photo opportunities included in general admission. Again, we had so much fun, definitely got scared just right! The set is something you should totally check out it was amazing! The entire walk took us about 35 minutes, definitely worth the money!
