I'm giving fear factory 5 starts, not out of scare level, but quality of staff. I'd like to specific shoutout KEVIN! He's the security guard there and we had a situation where someone in a party dislocated their knee and he was able to save our experience. The actors were also very kind & understanding as well as other staff working. Everyone was compassionate and at the same time able to function their job to still keep the "scary" going inside the house. Workers outside were entertaining, actors inside were putting in the effort! We completed the factory while my friend was escorted to a safe first aid area where they could wait for us. (Also heads up there's several flights of stairs so if you have bad knees and recent dislocations- it's not for you). Wish they could reopen the slide, but even still it was a fun time! Thanks again to Kevin for going the extra mile to make our evening great!

High production value, great atmosphere. The experience was a lot of fun, and the surrounding activities (concessions, drinks, photo booths) really added to it. The one drawback was one particular room with COPIOUS fog machine smoke, way more than we were expecting from the waiver or any of the warnings on the website. A couple people in our group were asthmatic and they were coughing for a good ten minutes after that room. It's worth bringing an N95 or rushing through that particular area, if you have lung issues.

Overall it was a fun experience, but there's room for improvement. When you go through the house, your own group is put together with others to form a group of about 10 people. This group traverses through the house, and you need to stay toegether. The problem was that me and my friends were in the back half of this group, and the front half got all of the scares. They were younger kids with their mom, so naturally they're more prone to scares, and I totally understand the actors going for it. But when you pay to be scared and you don't get it it's a bit of a letdown. I only was scared twice in the whole 45 minutes I was there, which was disappointing. Then to top it off, about halfway through we caught up to the group in front of us, so there were even less scare opportunities. Maybe they should reduce crowd sizes or take a page from Universal and figure out how to manage a conga line of guests through the house. Beyond that, however, the theming and overall vibe was excellent. They put a lot of effort in all the decorations, lights, and more, and that was great. It was also well organized, clean, and easy to navigate which was a big help as well. They just need to work on the main part of being a haunted house haha.
