The room is clean and the staff is friendly, although the night clerk was so soft spoken that I couldn't hear a word she said when I was requesting a ride from the airport. The shuttle and driver were excellent. The sink in my room was plugged, obvious to anyone who has to wait the mandatory 5 minutes for hot water to arrive at the faucet. It was late when I arrived and I already unpacked, so didn't want to switch rooms, but it was annoying to have to brush my teeth in the bathtub. I can't help but think that the housekeeping staff has notified maintenance about this numerous times. The breakfast is adequate and is the standard eggs, potatoes and links, plus fruit, breads, cereals, etc that you find at most hotel breakfasts. The chairs in the breakfast seating area should have been replaced years ago. My final complaint is that there is a wifi access hub in the room with bright flashing lights mounted at eye level when you are in bed. Almost like the person who installed it laughs about the people he keeps awake every night. Wouldn't a tiny strip of black tape over those lights be an easy fix? Would I stay here again? Maybe, but there are so many other similar hotels in this part of town, all with constantly fluctuating prices, that I would probably try another.

I booked a room late after my flight was canceled, the younger woman (probably in her mid 20’s with dark curly hair) who checked me in that night was wonderful. Though the next morning when I went to leave, I stood in the lobby waiting for my Uber checking emails on my phone. There was an older woman (white hair with a butterfly clip, I didn’t catch her name) who was behind the desk gossiping with other staff members. I didn’t mind under I heard her refer to me multiple times as “that woman” to those staff members. I had no clue what she was talking about since I had just walked into the lobby a few minutes prior. Finally in a loud and very rude tone after not acknowledging me, she asked “What room were you in?”. I replied with the number, and she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed and said “Well are you checking out?” I understand some hotels prefer for guest to physically check out so staff can begin cleaning, though there were at least 4-5 other individuals who joined me in the lobby all waiting for Ubers and she didn’t speak to them or ask them any questions. I’m not sure what her problem was with me since I had never seen her before as I was only there one night and she wasn’t the woman who checked me in. But her rude and entitled attitude was extremely disappointing, though after reading other reviews I noticed the “older white haired woman” was mentioned in other negative reviews so this must be a common occurrence. I hope management has a conversation with this older lady about her attitude, and praises the other young woman who was working at night for her wonderful demeanor.

The rooms are very clean, and quiet. The exercise room is more than sufficient, and the pool and hot tub are very nice.

Previously I tried to write a review concerning this establishment, but apparently, I was too long-winded and the program shut me down. So suffice it to say that we got the wrong room, it was not cleaned and several items were broken, including the heater. When I inquired as to getting some fresh towels, I was informed that none could be issued until I produced the soiled ones.

I don usually write bad reviews but you had HORRIBLE customer service from your front customer service agent. On 4 seperate occasions she was arrogant and rude to our family… she had a nasty attitude and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your younger staff are so lovey and nice but this one particular staff member ( mature, white long hair) works morning shifts. Just had the worst attitude possible. It’s really sad to say because every other staff member on your team are so lovely but for whatever reason your particular staff member really ruined our stay and dampened our days. Im honestly giving one star because of her but if it wasnt for her we would say your hotel has some great staff!
