  It's an old hotel but they're trying! They're under construction so I don't know what this place will look like when it's finished but at first glance, the rooms are clean and so are the common areas. The house keeping staff were very friendly and polite and they deserve a ton of credit.

  Tried to call hotel but not able to connect as all numbers go to the reservation line which says they can’t find my reservation and can not help me. Got bed bug bites and I’m 99.9% sure it was from here as I was only there and home. This is a nightmare!!!

  Undergoing renovation. Offered goodie bag containing some snacks. Came in handy for hiking the next day.

  Second stay at this hotel and MAN what a change 4 years makes! Never again! Gray-haired front desk lady was extremely passive aggressive. Everything was always the guest's fault. Need a ride to the airport? Well if you didn't have a reservation then too bad. NO WHERE in the Expedia listing, nor on the check in desk did it state this! Expect your room to be serviced every day? Well *THIS* Best Western doesn't do that! And when you (again) point out that no where in their listing NOR at check in desk is this mentioned...then you get this person rolling their eyes at you and acting like you should know better. I stay at about 65 hotels a year....and every short stay hotel I've stayed at recently cleans the room every day. Long-term stay places with a living room and kitchen (think small apartment), of course, maybe a couple times per week.....but short stay places it's been the norm in my experience. At least she could have offered to replace our towels...but of course she didn't. Just attitude. Another example of customers PAYING MORE and GETTING LESS! And by the way...the hotel is undergoing a massive refurbishment. Instead of storing materials off site, they have taken up about 20-30 parking spots with random building materials and left many customers with no where to park. AGAIN, not mentioned when booking. And their solution? "You can try to park out on the street". And that's exactly where many guests had to park. Just an all around bad experience this time. Would not recommend.

  These folks are simply the BEST! Twice in the same day I had to make and cancel reservations there because of airline issues. They were so pleasant and understanding. The delays were more than enough to deal with and they managed to diffuse an already stressful situation. Mimi and another lady, whose name I didn’t get, were both simply FABULOUS!
