  Had a serious safety concern during our stay. My child was injured while getting off the bed due to an exposed metal piece protruding from the bed frame. This hardware is positioned at a height where it can easily come into contact with someone especially a child and it’s not something a guest would reasonably expect. It’s a preventable hazard that should’ve been addressed through proper inspection or maintenance. I have attached photos for reference so others are aware. I hope management takes this seriously, corrects the issue immediately and ensures this doesn’t happen to another guest, especially families traveling with young children. Safety like this should not be overlooked. This experience was disappointing and concerning, especially from a brand that markets itself as a family, friendly establishment.

  I’ve stayed at this property 3-4 times now and never had an issue until my most recent visit. I travel a lot for work and am at IHG properties on a weekly basis.. (3 nights away from platinum elite status). I booked my king room about a month in advance and when I got to the property to check in, they told me they were moving me to a double queen and gave me a comped bfast voucher. Okay whatever, it’s annoying but no biggie. The problem I had is I was moved to the bottom floor, right next to the lobby, gym, and pool where it was SOO loud and impossible to rest. Not only was the location bad, my room was beyond dirty. Walked in to used contact lenses on the floor, hair everywhere, and a creepy crawly bug scurrying across the floor. You’d think as an elite member service would be a little better.

  No hot water in the evening or the morning? No one at the front desk either time, waiting around for 10-15 min looking for help or someone to be found. The room door was so loose every time anyone opened a door in the hallway, the air pressure difference made my room door rattle loudly all through the night. The ac unit doesn’t have a fan option, only a temperature setting, so it went on and off all through the night every few minutes to maintain temp, no option just to set a fan. Zero sound proofing between walls and ceilings, could hear talking conversations between neighbors clearly. Bathroom was also dirty and hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while.
