I stayed two nights at the hotel and had a very disappointing experience with the service. On the first day, our room was not cleaned, and when I asked, I was told it was because we didn’t request it and that there wasn’t enough staff available. I’ve never had to ask for room cleaning in any other hotel — it’s something that should be done automatically.
I also requested extra towels for our room, and the front desk told me I had to come down to get them because there was no one available to bring them up. I find it unbelievable that a hotel of this level operates without enough staff and offers such limited guest service.

The night manager Lucas is amazing at his job. He was kind, courteous, and thorough while turning a stressful situation into a solution. You can rest easy here.

During the year of 2025, I have had the privilege of staying at this Holiday Inn for 48 nights thus far. The hotel manager, Gerard, has created a staff that goes above and beyond their duties. It starts when you walk in the doors and immediately greeted by Yulia, whose smile could brighten any bad day. Take a look around and notice how clean the lobby and entertainment are. While waiting for your room to be processed, you can always count on cold clean ice water to quench your thirst and cool you off from St. George’s warm weather. When entering your chosen room, the smell of fresh linen and sight of those large hotel pillows lets you know it’s going to be a great night sleep. A special shout out to the 5th floor “house cleaning” crew!! They do an amazing job and take pride in their work assuring each room they clean and prepare isn’t just to standard, but rather to actual perfection.
There’s more than a few dozen hotels to choose from when passing through or vacationing in St. George but for me Holiday Inn (Convention Center location) is the only place you’ll find me.

I was just in town for the weekend for a wedding. The room was clean and nice. Exactly what youd want from a holiday Inn.
The restaurant was better than expected.
Thanks for the consistency.
