At check in the nice lady said here’s a coupon for our breakfast buffet. It was 2 people for $15. We decided to give it a try. What the heck?! It’s the free continental breakfast I had the day before at another Holiday inn in Lehi. So someone had the idea of ‘selling’ the crappy continental breakfast and calling it a buffet?? No. People were laughing and walking out. I would NOT recommend wasting money on powdered eggs and sausage in a pan. Ugh. Just a Holiday Inn trying to bring in a few more bucks I guess.

Check rooms, but they charge 50.00 for a 4 pound dog. Really! And a fee for breakfast that is basically nothing but a continual breakfast which used to be free.

My biggest issue is our room was right behind the elevator and we could hear the gears grinding our whole stay. It was loud and annoying. The rooms are fine, breakfast is not included like other Holiday Inns. The location was nice, but not really worth all the other things.

My daughter and her fiance got married here in January. The process of seeing the room the year prior and keeping in contact, to contract signing, and then the night and day of the wedding was just so amazing.
Holly who was in contact with my daughter was so helpful during this stressful process. Any time my daughter contacted Holly, she was always there to help or take their calls & emails.
The night before the wedding Holly let my daughter set up everything she could and also give us a quick idea of how to proceed with walking down the isle, seating, meals, music and dancing.
We met with Chef Andrea and her team of AMAZING people. We all went over meals and how the room would be decorated etc. I asked since I have Fibromyalgia if I could bring my own food. If anyone with it knows we are on a strict diet plan. Chef Andrea said, No we will make something so you can eat with everyone. That made me feel happy. Bring homemade meals to restaurants and events is kinda embarrassing. Chef Andrea took notes and let me know what she could cook up for me and I was very impressed and happy.
During the night before the wedding, Chef Andrea and her amazing right hand woman were there helping us with everything. Taking notes making sure that anything we needed we had. It definitely put us all at ease. This is my husband's and I only child and we wanted the day to be amazing for her. Anyone would want that for their child.
The day of the wedding was so beautiful! Chef Andrea and her team, put up the rest of the decorations, set up the tables, chairs and decorated the tables beautifully. Chef Andrea helped us from the minute we stepped into the Holiday Inn, guided us with the wedding, music and also the food. Everyone seemed so happy and I did hear, enjoyed the food and the cupcakes. Everything was beautifully set up and my special meal was delicious! We also had a last minute guest let us know she is Vegan. For Chef Andrea and her team that was not a problem. They spoke with the guest and got her something she would enjoy.
The team here at Holiday Inn were so amazing and yes I will continue to use that world, because they are and the day was.
They even let us take the bridal and family photos in the back seating area. This team at this location you can tell are very well trained in events. Everything was done as told, everyone worked well together and everyone of the team from the front of the customer service table, back of the house, management and we definitely can't forget the Kitchen staff. Everyone on the team were so kinda-hearted, respectful & professional.
I want to thank Holly, Chef Andrea her AMAZING Team and everyone at Holiday Inn from the bottom of my heart for making this special day so Amazing. Thank you!!!!!!!

I booked a room with two beds, when I checked in they gave me a room with one. They provided a roll out bed as an option but I was disappointed with the overall accommodations.
