  We had a large group with 3 rooms. They didn't make us feel like we were a bother. They treated us all kindly. We got in after 2AM, they checked us in quickly and we're kind. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Wonderful hotel and staff and management. We will be staying again!!

  I couldnt say enough about this hotel and the staff and management. They are so friendly! The rooms are spacious and clean. The woman in the front was so sweet and welcoming. She made us feel like family. All of the other staff was amazing and kind. We had a big group and 3 rooms and we all had an amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend bringing your family here. We will be coming back!

  Incredibly hospitable hotel! I had got in a bad car crash and needed a place to stay for the night, and I’m very glad I choose this hotel! The receptionist showed a genuine concern for how I was doing after my crash, she offered me more water than I could drink in a week, any snacks I could’ve wanted, it really just made me so grateful for them. The rooms were clean as well and I got a great nice sleep on the comfy bed. I highly highly recommend this hotel! Again, the most hospitality Ive probably ever experienced!

  Buyer beware! Last weekend, I ended up paying $132 to stay with my pet in a room worth $80.99/night before taxes. The pet fees are on top of the cost of a 'pet room' purchased through a third-party booking site. This fact was not transparently communicated by the staff or on my invoice when checking in. The third party booking platform charged $20 (which was, in effect, passed along to me). On top of that, the hotel charged a $20 pet fee (which was on top of the charge for a 'pet-room'). And then there was $11 in taxes. Get clear on what you're paying for before booking. $132 was too much for this hotel room.

  Extremely disappointed & disgusted!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!! Upon arrival you could tell the place was outdated but after driving 7.5 hours with small children we were ready to stretch our legs! Went straight to the room after getting our keys to check the beds (as I always do). AND THERE IT WAS.. a big ol bed bug just hanging out!! We gathered our kids and headed for the door! I told the older man at the front desk what I had just seen and asked for a complete refund. He got extremely agitated while processing my return but finally did it. He proceeded to say "Here you go" and threw the paper across the counter at me! Very unprofessional in my opinion. I decided to keep my mouth shut and not so calmly leave the hotel! We will NOT be returning to that location!
