    This hotel is such a great location. We stay here because it is close to everything in Provo. But they have double charged us almost every time we check out. Even when we confirm the room was prepaid…we check and they charge a card we used for our security deposit the entire amount of our stay. Its is a nightmare to deal with them and be refunded.

    The staff and service is amazing, this building is clean and safe and the best part is there are numerous restaurants near by. Highly recommend the stay here.

    Breakfast wasn't very good, coffee sucked, rooms run down, we had staples from like a paper stapler holding up our wallpaper. People were nice, location good for what we needed, but won't stay there again.

    Siempre garantía. Cuartos cómodos, camas cómodas, no hay falla cuando eliges Best Western. Muy cómodo para salir a la autopista sin estar tan alejado de la ciudad.
