Guest serves were very helpful, caring and considerate - I hurt my back and couldn't walk and they got me a wheelchair, took me to urgent care and picked me up again. Thank you so much!!

The resort and staff are tremendous although would like to acknowledge a special thanks and appreciation towards Spring Sandlin for all her help to me and my family during our stay. Her dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism in responding to all questions and providing valuable insight on how best to experience both the resort and mountain was outstanding !! I have dealt with many talented and good people at Westgate over the years however Spring did distinguish herself as a true Westgate professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Looking forward to returning to a fantastic resort!
