Gilbert at the front desk he was extremely helpful . My son and grandkids baby’s baby’s are basically stranded there until 10 pm because their car broke down when they were on their way home from fire season in Oregon he gave them a later check out.

Great place!! However at check in we was told the additional 50$ for my daughter dog would be refunded upon check out. The receipt refers to it as a charge the guy at the desk stated it would be refunded in the end zero dollars of the 50$ was refunded. (No damages were done. The dogs a mini special breed so I’m assuming it’s a fee not a deposit) so with that being the only issue it really wasn’t a issue.. but I do like to have full transparency and rely on what information was gave to be correct.
