The heaters were very noisy, and the breakfast was cold. Eggs and potatoes were very cold. Check in staff was excellent. The breakfast crew was not attentive enough, they let thing get to empty and didn't check to see if things were warm.

Basic Best Western room with a good breakfast. The rooms are a little noisy (street traffic) but very clean. We will definately stay here again.

Traveled from out of state to stay here for the first time, the room was full of dog hair, I am extremely allergic to dogs so my asthma was really bad & I knew pets were allowed but thought the room would be cleaner, the toilet smelled like sewer water, the bathtub water also kept clogging, the heater was making loud noises all night, I also booked the room in advance and asked for a room closest to the pool and was told I would get one upon check in & didn’t get a room closest to the pool, it’s also very noisey with traveling cars so keep that in mind, I did try and ask for a room upgrade but there was none available, would not stay here again.

Room was way smaller than pictured online. Bathtub was dirty with streaks and hair. Bathroom floor was dirty and had a lot of hair. Mold in the bathroom. The lobby is beautiful but that’s where the Best Western Plus, stops. One washcloth was provided, just overall very underwhelming. Maybe they put us in a smaller room because we redeemed points. Who knows, but I won’t be back.

It started really great. I read the reviews while looking for a place to stay. Reservations was really nice and the front desk was too. We were traveling with 2 dogs and a cat. I guess they havent had a cat so they had to check policy but it was fine. The fireplace inside and the outside patio was really pretty and cozy. Get to the room, its nice hard wood floors. But there is a strong smell of laundry detergent that is a little overwhelming. It stayed strong and overwhelming all night. But atleast it wasn't a bad smell. The room was clean, the water hot, and it has 4 coffee pods and a cool cabinet for the fridge and microwave. The dog run was really cool with a large and a small dog side. I think this feature was the best and should be at all hotels. We felt the dogs were really welcome and thought of.
When I had called to make reservation, I asked what time breakfast was - this determines what time we get up and get on the road. Most of the time we leave about 430 and miss breakfast. I was told 6am. We pack up the truck and go to breakfast. The door is locked and the sign says 630. I tried my key. The guy just points to sign. I said reservation said 6. He points to sign and walks away. I let front desk know I was told wrong time because it does make a difference to some people and I hope they update that. Otherwise it was really nice.
