When I got to the hotel the lady at the front desk was very very rude and said I could not leave my bag. I then asked if I could pay to leave the bag and she still refused. Not a good experience, in the future will not be staying at that location.

She requested a refund, which they denied; they wouldn’t even offer a partial credit. MANAGEMENT RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL to young women! Customers service UNRESONSIVE! STAY ELSEWHERE!
