Some of the night clerks were a bit rude when we needed more towels. They seemed like it was an inconvenience. The breakfast person did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate with her. Some of the machines in the workout room didn’t have the displace and tracking working. You need wipes in the workout room, so guests can wipe their equipment when complete.

It was absolutely horrible! The room was filthy and the 2 chairs that were in the room were so stained and dirty that we did NOT sit on them. That left the sofa which we put a blanket over— didn’t want to sit there either. We didn’t get clean towels or toilet paper—we had to ask for them. We told them repeatedly of the problems and they reassured us that it would be taken care of but it was not. After 3 months of trying and failing to get a refund, they refunded us 1 night but we had stayed there 3 nights. Run for your life…

We didn’t have a key card to get in our rooms. The lady at the front desk that checked us in a had a attitude the whole time and couldn’t believe my eyes when they charged my $13 for a sm smart water and tiny can of Pringle's. I understand inflation but come on people, that’s disgusting

The rooms are nice and big beds are very comfortable my only issue is we couldn’t have any key card to even get in our room they said there system was broken. And the day I get here to check in I was waiting in the lobby no one greeted me for 10-15 minutes- there was a women at the computer just typing away and not even saying anything at all to me just letting me stand there and wait for the longest time before she’d even say oh let me check you in. She has an attitude problem and her negative energy is infectious you can feel the anger just looking at her. later I find out the lady at the desk was the manager of the whole place. I’m very disappointed that holiday inn would hire her as the supervisor of the whole hotel when you are at a home away from home you expect to go somewhere that you are felt welcome it felt more like a interrogation I will never come back here ever I would rather pay 1000$ for the next hotel I stay at then ever stay here again I don’t do negativity!!!

My family and I came to Utah to visit relatives and chose this hotel as it was close to them. Our room had 2 queen beds so we could fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. One of the bed frames was broken so the bed leaned. The TV never turned on to the channels to watch anything. Had to go to the TV itself and flip thru the input/source to get it to actual TV channels. We were told housekeeping was supposed to come daily to clean rooms. They never came once and we've seen them clean other rooms on our floor. They also left empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the bathroom so we couldn't properly clean ourselves in the shower. Breakfast food is average. The most noteworthy food was the pancake making machine. The pool at the hotel is indoors but the water in the pool was freezing. The spa was decent. Parking was good and we could always find a spot even late in the evening. Staff was always friendly during our stay.
