  This place is a joke. I made me reservation on line and requested a pool view on the upper floors. What is got was a view of the back parking lot on the 1st floor. The front desk person was absolutely no help and was rude about it..

  We stayed at Moab Valley Inn late April during our visit to Arches and Canyonlands NP. We had double queen beds room and it was very spacious with large fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room is recently renovated and very clean. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pool and an indoor hot tub. There's a small fitness center and at least two laundry room on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast has hot foods, pastry, yogurt, cereal, waffle, fruits, coffee and juices. There is also a large lounge area to relax at the front desk entry area. There are filtered water refill stations throughout the hotel and hot water, coffee at the lounge area 24 hours. We totally enjoy our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

  Due to personal circumstances, I did not stay at the hotel. However, I had pleasure working through a booking issue with Makala who went far and beyond in understanding and handling my unique scenario in a kind and graceful fashion. If I travel to Moab again, I would love to have a full experience of Moab Valley Inn. For now, I just want to compliment the professionalism and superb customer service I was lucky to experience.

  The rooms were decent. I would have rated this hotel higher if it were not for an incident that occurred while we were using the hot tub. Several hotel guests entered the hot tub and pool area with numerous cans of alcohol. This especially bothered me because there were numerous children in my party, and this drinking in their presence made me uncomfortable. When I reported this to the staff, they, including the assistant manager, insisted that it is legal to drink alcohol at their hot tub. I question the legality of this. Nonetheless, this hotel’s amenities are not family-friendly. If they that’s your jam, this place isn’t bad. If you’re looking for something family-friendly, look for something else. Thanks but no thanks—we won’t be returning.

  This was a wonderful place to stay! The room was clean, when our shower had an issue maintenance came right away and fixed the problem, staff were very friendly, our room was cleaned very well every single day, they did a good job of maintenance tenants outside of the hotel as well, and we saw several people working throughout the day consistently. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again!!
