It’s okay they didn’t have a vacancy, but she should still afford all inquiry’s with the same courtesy. It gave us a bad taste in our mouth for Holiday Inn.

- LLLinling LaiApr 12, 20262.0During this road trip, we stayed at many hotels. As soon as I walked into the room in this Holiday Inn, I noticed a strong pet odor. Then I realized the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. After we went out and came back, the room smelled even worse. I called the front desk, and they said there were no rooms available to switch us to, and it was too late to fix the fan, but they could repair it the next morning. We didn’t sleep well at all that night. Early the next morning, I specifically went to the front desk to remind them to fix the fan, but when we returned in the afternoon, it still hadn’t been repaired. The room smelled terrible. I called again, and they finally came to fix it—it took just one minute. We had to call three times for something that simple. Even after the fan was fixed, the room still had a strong pet odor. Over the past couple of days, I’ve stayed at other hotels for comparison, and none of them had this kind of smell. That’s why I decided to write this review now.
