- PPPNW4 days ago5.0I’m surprised with all the negative reviews this place has. This hotel had exceeded my expectations. I’m a platinum member of IHG and have stayed in numerous hotels of theirs. Once I arrived at night, I was greeted with a friendly smile and easy check in after I confirmed my check in online after booking directly through them. The lobby was very inviting and very clean, the rooms are spacious and super detailed clean with the perfect smelling body wash and shampoos( great cleaning staff) ( appreciate all the small things). I was towing my trailer and wanted to have my trailer in sight from my room if that was possible, I was quickly assigned a room that works for my accommodations due to space of parking and availability. Please don’t read people’s hateful comments and enjoy your stay, the staff are super friendly. The coffee shop is run by the staff which wasn’t the greatest, they need to hire a barista as I paid $7 for half a cup of coffee filled but overall everything was great and from my experience Moab is safe place. This honestly will be one of IHG hotels I enjoyed staying in. Note: *the negative reviews on using third party agencies can and will sometimes overbook or reserve you rooms they don’t have. It is not the hotels fault.

Kumar, Kristin, Sai were all extremely nice and attentive. We plan on coming back next year, so we hope to see everyone again! S/O to chef Armando for the amazing breakfast!

We were there to celebrate our 11 yr anniversary and Dimple went all out to help my husband decorate the room to surprise me. I’ll never forget how wonderful our first experience staying here was! We will definitely be staying here in future visits! :)
