  When we showed up to the hotel on Friday, one of the workers greeted us and his name was Jesse, he was very friendly and courteous to us. He was very friendly to our pet offered him a treat and showed us around. Make sure we were able to find our room and get our baggage from our vehicle to our room with the shortest distance. He worked out at the pool did not have to do what he did and went out of his way. When we went to the pool, he was very energetic, polite, outgoing, and friendly to everyone. We would definitely return to the hotel mainly due to Jesse because he made our stay so wonderful and comfortable and out standing. Jesse thank you for a wonderful weekend and comfortable at the hotel. It because of you. Hilton Hotel thank you for hiring a wonderful person like Jesse to work for you. You need to have many more like him.

  They will charge you for damages without explanation or notification. Never experienced anything like this, if you’ve stayed here check your statements! It took over a dozen phone calls to speak to someone besides at the front desk and Corey explained that the hotel is not obligated to share details or photos (which he said they had) or notify you of damage charges. Corey was combative off the bat- the whole thing felt scammy which is odd from a Hilton hotel. We also caught Corey in two lies over a 8 minute dead-end conversation and his story kept changing. Don’t know what to say other than warn other people not to visit this hotel. It’s not worth a $1,000 charge with no explanation and the hassle of dealing with that! For what it’s worth, they said we broke the bed frame and left stains on the (dark) carpet. Stayed here with kids and basically just slept in the room. Don’t go through this yourself!

  Wonderful hotel with a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. Spacious and well appointed rooms. Hotel restaurant was excellent too. Very comfortable. Great location for visiting the National Parks

  Stayed in a 1 king bed suite initially for one night but ended up extending our stay for an additional night since we were so pleased with our room! Check-in process was very fast being a Hilton Honors member with Moroni. The outdoor hydrotherapy area was dreamy with a gorgeous landscape backdrop of rock formations in Moab. The room itself was spacious and had welcoming features through decor and washroom was exceptionally clean. Rain head shower was excellent and soaker tub was a must have after a long day of hiking Arches National Park. The only suggestions I have about the property is that it needs a pillow menu for side sleepers like myself and my wife; as they really sunk in and caused some fragmented rest. We also ordered around $200 worth of room service from Josie Wyatt's and service was very fast! Buffalo chicken wings were arguably some of the best we have had in USA; even Buffalo itself, jumbo prawns could have used a little less time as they were slightly shrivelled + needed some garlic butter, steak had perfect grill marks but I would highly consider investing in a dry ager or a 48 hour marinade process with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, then worscheshire sauce closer to cook time and a good dousing of salt prior to sear for a perfect steak and Maillard effect; prime rib was cooked to desired doneness and NY Cheesecake did not disappoint!
