Stayed 3 nights. Sorry for lengthy review but I'm shocked that in 2025 Hilton is playing late 1990's games to save a few bucks on their internet costs. Even more shocking when you consider the per night cost of the hotel. The complaint is the WiFi. When you first connect & run a speed test the network is fine 70 to 130mbps. Within minutes it drops to 3 to 7mbps. Every day we spoke to management, no improvement until the 3rd day. Management spoke to AT&T (internet provider) and created a promotional code which when entered provided 200mbps. Nope! Enter promo code, connect & run a speed test, the network is fine at 200+mbps. Within minutes it drops to 3 to 7mbps. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: AT&T manages and governs each device on the Local Area Network via the MAC address. Proof of this is Hilton's solution to the problem is to have you call AT&T and work through the issue. Why? Because AT&T needs your device's MAC address to turn off the governor. We refused to do their work. We're the customer, it's their responsibility to solve problems with their supplier. The cost to us? Not anticipating network speeds (3 to 7mbps) from the late 1990's, we didn't turn off our mobile data while in the hotel until it was too late. As a result we burned through our monthly mobile data and had to purchase more in order to use Google Maps navigation for the remainder of our trip. This is to say nothing of 3 days of continuous frustration. SOLUTION: avoid the frustration, find an alternative to Hilton in Moab. You'll enjoy your trip much more.

We had the pleasure of staying here for an anniversary getaway. Strategically located in the heart of Moab, the Hoodoo is the perfect escape to relax and unwind after a full day of outdoor adventuring. The wild and beautiful surrounding landscapes were perfectly complimented as we stepped into the luxurious lobby setting the tone for our weekend. Our room was spacious and well appointed from the decor and lighting to the linens. We utilized the digital check-in which made for a seamless entrance into the property, but also did not takeaway from the personal touch. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a box of chocolates upon entering our room. Every encounter with a staff member during our stay was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help. We appreciated the location of the property making access to the boutique shops on Main Street and plentiful restaurants incredibly accessible. The pool and hot tub area was picture worthy with jaw-dropping views of the rim during the day, and a star-filled sky at night. We had a magical time and hope to repeat our experience the next time we visit!
