Parking sucks if you have any truck taller than 9½ ft tall. Have to park 1 block east of the hotel.

Sven was an amazing host. Great to talk to and helpful when looking for a good spot to head to dinner. Will be back on our next trip through!

You couldn't ask for a better location. Being right on Moab’s main street makes it incredibly convenient to visit both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The front desk is exceptionally well-managed, and the staff is genuinely friendly—a special thanks to Denese, who is a superb host! To top it off, the hotel serves the best breakfast in town to fuel your hikes. A seamless and welcoming stay

Great service and location. Rooms need a refresh, but clean and so nice to have a kitchen. The sofa was super uncomfortable so we watched tv from bed in the bedroom.

Mixed Experience – Night Staff Excellent, Day Staff Unprofessional
The hotel and rooms are okay—comfortable but nothing special.
Unfortunately, the daytime staff were unprofessional. When we arrived around 2:30 PM for a 3 PM check-in, they told us the room wasn’t ready and said they would call us once it was—but they never did. On top of that, after seeing my ID, they were whispering and making negative comments, which felt very disrespectful.
The night staff, especially SVEN , was the highlight of our stay. He was extremely kind, helpful, and made the experience much more pleasant.
Overall, the hotel is decent, but the daytime staff seriously need to improve their attitude. If you’re checking in at night, you’re more likely to have a positive experience thanks to SVEN.
Make sure to book the rooms that are not facing the street otherwise you have the constant road noise.
