- VVvijaykumarDec 21, 20254.0Mixed Experience – Night Staff Excellent, Day Staff Unprofessional The hotel and rooms are okay—comfortable but nothing special. Unfortunately, the daytime staff were unprofessional. When we arrived around 2:30 PM for a 3 PM check-in, they told us the room wasn’t ready and said they would call us once it was—but they never did. On top of that, after seeing my ID, they were whispering and making negative comments, which felt very disrespectful. The night staff, especially SVEN , was the highlight of our stay. He was extremely kind, helpful, and made the experience much more pleasant. Overall, the hotel is decent, but the daytime staff seriously need to improve their attitude. If you’re checking in at night, you’re more likely to have a positive experience thanks to SVEN. Make sure to book the rooms that are not facing the street otherwise you have the constant road noise.
