Very rude Manager and staff. Tried to call multiple times over two days no one answered after they called and left me message to call them back before check in. Once we arrived same poor service and attitude. Rooms are noisy from road traffic and also very thin walls. Wouldn't recommend staying at this Hilton property!

The good:
Location to everything Moab
The bad:
On busy highway - very loud at night with traffic until very late - windows are not sealed well
5 mb/s internet speed and constant drops make working difficult if you are on a working trip.
Have to squeeze into the bathroom to be able to close the door - who designed this??

Selected this property based on brand, location and value. Check in and checkout processes went effortlessly thanks to both Denise and Hannah. Very helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed, albeit somewhat dated. Ample parking and easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Wednesday social was a pleasant surprise, as was the amazing breakfast. A specific recognition to Goy who kept the breakfast area well stocked, organized and pleasingly arranged. Excellent service! My wife and I stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend.

Front staff was very friendly and provided a room location that suited us perfectly. Great walking distance from anything that you needed downtown, including restaurants and bars. Free parking, which is always a great thing anywhere you stay. Room was clean and I had no issues at all.

This is a nice Hilton property near the center of town. Checkin was easy, rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable and front desk was helpful. Only issue is we could never get the thermostat to work right and it was warmer in the room than we desired for sleeping.
