I would like to note that the service was very pleasant and accommodating, and I am giving 5 stars for the kindness and professionalism of the staff…and addressing the issue with the noisy bathroom vent.

We had a softball tournament we needed to set a block of rooms for. Felicia Baty was so helpful! She had a block of rooms set and ready in a day. Also, helped get a room for us when we needed an extra one.

The room had roaches. My parents also rented a room. My mother and I barely got any sleep worrying about the bugs. The night clerk was very rude, said that roaches were inevitable since it was tourist season and they were ONLY DESERT COCKROACHES!! Are you kidding me? Spoke to manager at checkout and she was supposed to give us a credit on the bill, but it was never received. And when he called to speak to someone and check on what was going on, they put him on hold. HAAAA, and while on hold their infomercial playing in background literally says that they believe that if you're not happy with your room and service, they believe you shouldn't have to pay. This is playing on the phone while he's on hold. But yet, we still haven't received a credit or an update, and noone has called to ask us about anything. And we still have pics of the roaches that were in the room. Disgusting!!!!

My wife and I rented a room here. My Mother and Father in-law also rented a room. Their TV didn’t work and their toilet seat wasn’t tight. They had to call Maintenance to get the issues fixed. The room my wife and I was in had roaches in the floor and in the drawers and I also killed one in the bathroom. The shower head was so messed up you had to almost stand against the front wall to get wet and rinse soap off you. The toilet seat was also loose in our room also but not extremely loose like in my in-laws room. The best thing about the breakfast was the boiled eggs. This is very low standards for $382.39 a night. The next day I let management know about my issues and they credited our card $40 but the recording on their phone when you call and get put on hold says if your not 100% satisfied you shouldn’t have to pay and if it would have been just 1 thing I wouldn’t have even cared but it was several things that collectively made this a terrible experience.
