- SNSweta N6 days ago1.0very bad service , we left our Cetaphil lotion and return back on same day to then but room service stole it and we did several calls I personally reach out Monique and Eliza but no one help they said they will ask their house keeping staff but very sad staff is not honest they kept stealing customers stuff. very disappointed.

The staff is super nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is good and there was plenty of it! It was a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles fresh fruits, and a variety of other breakfast item like cereal, yogurt and pastries.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was very noice. Bedding, linens outstanding, clean and fresh. Nicely equipped fitness area by heated pool and large hot tub... all super clean and working in late October.

She told us about all the fun amenities and even helped us out when we asked for a special favor. I would stay here again just because the service from Monique was so good.
