We had a great time! We got a room facing Main Street. Traffic noise is a bit of a concern, but they provided us with earplugs. The room was in great condition, and we were right downtown, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart!
The room was great and very conveniently located. The staff who checked me in on 02/14 were wonderful, and the cook who made breakfast was very nice. However, the front desk employee who was working around 6:00 a.m. on 02/15 and 02/16 was rude. When I asked if breakfast was available, he said, “I don’t know, ask the kitchen.” The next morning, when I told him I was checking out, he responded with “Yeah, yeah” in a rude and condescending tone. It didn’t feel like great customer service. Thankfully, I didn’t have to deal with him for very long.
What impressed me most about this Best Western in Moab was the staff. Every single employee I interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive. They actually stopped, made eye contact, listened to what I was saying, and even took time for real, friendly conversation. That level of hospitality really stood out and made my stay feel welcoming.
I stayed in the middle of winter, so there weren’t many tourists. I think there were maybe five guests total. Because of that, the hotel was incredibly quiet and laid-back, which I loved.
Breakfast was excellent with a full hot spread: eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, pretty standard for Best Western, but well done.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for one night and booked in advance. The hotel and room were clean, and the location is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. As a Diamond Select member, I expected a better room, but we were assigned a ground floor room near the lobby’s back entrance, which was noisy, and the bathroom was extremely small the smallest I’ve seen in years.
The property is well situated for sightseeing, with Arches National Park about 15 minutes away, the beautiful Potash Road about 20 minutes away, and Canyonlands National Park less than 1.5 hours from the hotel. The property itself is well maintained, and the breakfast offers a good selection of items
Great quick one night stay breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Close to gas stations as well and a bank.
