  I strongly recommend Best Western PLUS Hotel. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the hotel was clean and upscale. The interior was beautiful and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations.

  On our way to Ft Worth Texas from Boise Idaho we stopped to spend a night at Best Western plus in Canyonlands Moab UT. When we called to make a reservation, from the get go, we were greeted by warm and friendly voice of Patricia, guest service specialist. She was so welcoming and made us feel like we were good friends. When we arrived at the location, our room was clean and ready. We especially appreciated complimentary bottled waters in our mini fridge! Their complimentary breakfast was awesome, plentiful varieties and dining room staffs were cheerful and friendly. We are members of Best Western reward program and it is so worth it for it gives you the best discounts, especially when it doesn’t cost anything. We have several more days to travel and we will stay at Best Western all the way and back . We want to thank the franchisees and their staff for job well done!

  Avoid this place like the plague. I booked a room for this hotel about a month ago. The next day I realized I couldn't make the trip on that day and called Expedia to cancel. This should have been no problem at all a month out. Expedia had no problems canceling the other hotels for me but this one was different. They told Expedia that the "manager was not there to make that call and they would follow up tomorrow." Of course they didn't. I came to town a day early and realized that they still had not canceled my room. I asked them to change the reservation from the 31st of December to the 30th and they told Expedia, " I'm sorry, the person to make that call is not in". All they had to do is change the room from the 31st to 30th and they wouldn't. They DID have rooms available, I checked. I ended up getting a room at the Hampton Inn. I will NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS stay at another Best Western. Take your money elsewhere where they don't try and steal your money.

  The room was nice. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. No where to sit for family, very narrow small space with a lot of people. Even going back to check it out twice for a hour. Could not get pancakes and oatmeal because they were running out. Pancakes line was very disorganized should set some limit because a lot of big kids just stood there until it running out. Had to get breakfast across street eventually

  Really just the best! They have kept this place clean and well-maintained. Rooms are spacious. Everyone is cheerful and helpful, especially Diego, at breakfast. He seems to know what you need before you do! Thanks to all the staff.
