Located right downtown in an excellent location. If you don’t mind paper, thin walls and ceiling where you can hear every step, every flush, every squeak, everything from out in the hall and basically everything you can possibly imagine you could hear, stay here. The staff could care less. They know how miserable it is, but people just keep coming and booking a room and there is no loyalty. We asked if we could check out cause we found another place and they said that we prepaid and it was nonrefundable. They did offered to move us if we checked out and checked back in, but we were Already on our days adventure and couldn’t move at noon and then wait until 5 o’clock. The upstairs patio was filthy and littered with cigarettes. I watched the staff smoke and throw their cigarette butts into the fountain. The pool is located in the middle of the parking lot so after a long day of four wheeling or biking or hiking, you can go try to relax for a moment, but the parking lot becomes a hot mess of maneuvering vehicles by 4 o’clock. May I suggest that you stay at the Best Western across the street. They’re quiet, secluded, nicer, private pool, and all the amenities and the breakfast are way way better. A little bit more pricey, but if you value a good nights sleep, you will never stay here

Monique is a really nice, cosy, charming lady. So positive, so helpful. Impossible to be nicer and more professional. I will come back for sure. She is number one!

I'm giving this review a five-star mainly because of Monique being so incredible. Rooms were okay I guess, but the amenities were definitely there and it is a great location. Once again, Monique! Five stars!

Horrible customer service, Austina has very poor customer service skills. We booked on Super.com and called to reserve a specific room months in advance. Was told they had a note but could not put us in that room. No compensation. Treated us like we were liars. We have stayed with this hotel for 10 yrs, weeks at a time. Austina needs to be fired if she were an employee of mine. Lost a long time customer.

hotel location is great. right next to several restaurants and not far from much. that's about the only thing this hotel has going for it. the rooms are small, including the bathroom. the noise is the worst part about this hotel. you can very easily hear footsteps above you if you're in a 1st floor room. you can hear people walking out the front doors as well but the noise above was the worst. there is a pool and hot tub but they were down for 'maintenance' while we stayed and only found out once we got to the hotel. this seemed to be a running theme with the best westerns we stayed at during our mid-march trip in southern utah. the breakfast was decent, about the same as most best westerns but the layout was not very well thoughout. there was plenty of seating though. overall, for what we paid ~$200/night, i feel like it was not well spent. i would look for other hotels that may be similar.
