  The location was excellent. The staff were nice in the beginning but once you have a problem, they’re very rude to you. Avoid room 101. This room is right near the lobby, the ice machine and the water machine. Also at 5 AM the restaurant staff starts getting ready for breakfast on the second floor right above your room. During their preparation, all we could hear starting at 5 AM was foot traffic back-and-forth on our ceiling.

  Everything was great. Right from our first interaction with Aubri (our host at the front desk) to Yessi who kept our room clean and tidy during our stay to Diego who takes care of everyone with a generous smile at Breakfast. Aubri patiently answered our questions and our gave us some great restaurant recommendations that were a 100% spot on. As a moab local, she knows what places to visit and what activities you can try. We had a great stay here and will stay again when in Moab.

  I never have high hopes for a good breakfast at a hotel but this was delicious!! The food had flavor and I felt great after eating it. All of the staff I interacted with were very nice and professional. Room was great too.

  Had a great stay at Best Western Canyonlands in Moab. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the front desk team was friendly and helpful—everything you want after a day out exploring. But the real highlight? Breakfast. Diego and the chef brought energy every morning—super friendly, chatting with everyone, and somehow making breakfast feel like a social event. My wife and I actually looked forward to seeing our “new friends” each day… not something you usually say about hotel breakfast!

  Clean, comfortable, and consistently well-maintained. The room was spotless on arrival—fresh linens, clean bathroom, and no signs of wear or neglect. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The staff stood out just as much. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—from check-in to local recommendations. They were quick to respond to any request and made the stay feel easy and stress-free. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Moab with easy access to everything. The views are a standout feature—especially from the terrace, which offers incredible panoramic scenery and is a perfect place to relax. The only downside was the WiFi, which was slower than expected. However, cell service in the area was excellent, and using mobile data provided a much better internet experience. This is something the property could improve, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall stay. Overall, a very reliable and pleasant stay. Would absolutely return.
