- SCStephanie CastroJan 26, 20211.0Me and my boyfriend got a package all inclusive to Cancun and Magaly the lady who helps us was not professional at all, we asked her to get us a room with a hot tub and she said it had an extra cost so we said it was fine and paid the extra cost for the hot tub, when we got to the hotel it didn’t have no hot tub when we called her she said she was going to call us back and she never did she’s did fraud for charging us more.
