His attitude was awful and made the entire experience unpleasant. Someone with that kind of behavior should not be working in customer service. I will not be coming back & hope no one stays here so they don’t have to deal with him.

The staff were all awesome and everyone had fun in the pool and hot tub! And the hot tub was actually hot, it was great. Breakfast was hearty and really good. Pancake machine was down, but there were a lot of other great options. We would love to come again, this location was great!

The eggs looked edible and kinda yummy. The coffee machine was cool, with good coffee. And the lady at the front desk in the morning was telling me they require ppl to show their keys sometimes to make sure unwanted people dont enter, something I've never seen before but super appreciate. Especially in a place you're not familiar with. Overall fantastic.

My sister & I book a room here under my employee rate, when I call before the check-in day if my sister can checkin first before me and FD said yes she can. My sister came to checkin & they refuse to check her in. So I was waiting to get off work so we can go check-in. Arriving at the hotel the old man at FD so sweet who told me that the manager cancelled the reservation, without my consent. Would appreciate a call but the person who cancel it didn’t think of it. Very disappointing, wasting our time driving out there just the old man to tell us that we don’t have a room there & they can’t rent me anymore ? My question is WHY ? I need answers and they wouldn’t give me an answer WHY!
