  Staff was very accommodating. Nice, clean room. Good breakfast with several options, freshly ground coffee machine. What more can you ask for?

  This hotel is right next to two ski bus stops to BCC/LCC, which is very convenient. You can also take the bus to the light rail station, allowing you to go into town and rent your ski/snowboard gear or go to and from the airport, all entirely without a rental car. And unlike some other places nearer the light rail station (based on reviews), this place wasn't seedy or loud. I'll definitely coming back here next winter to ski again!

  Edited: The 5-Star rating for Service is for one individual - Ashley at front desk. She is exceptional and I sometimes wonder if she even belongs in this hotel, where even something as simple as a smile or a greeting or a nod or just eye contact, is not a standard. My husband and i have been staying here several times over the years and are used to the (often) surly staff. So when I see Ashley at the front desk, I feel a warmth across the entire lobby. I don't expect staff to be extremely friendly but being in the hospitality industry, a little warmth would be nice. Like a slight smile or even a nod. Ashley strikes the perfect balance by being warm, friendly and helpful without being too familiar. Last evening, Rick was at the front desk. He smiled, which was nice. I then remembered Rick being on the evening shift and was always quite friendly during our visits.

  Excellent breakfast, the room was clean, and Rachell at the front desk was helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
