When we arrived, we even clarified about having a room nearby. When we went to get in later that evening, there was a sign saying it was out of order. When I inquired at the front desk the next morning, the lady at the desk said there was nothing she could do since we booked through Expedia. It was Incredibly frustrating as I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub. I have arthritis and we had just skied all day and really looked forward to utilizing that specific amenity. I understand things break, but it seems like there should’ve been something they could do to make up for it.

The front desk was understanding & let us move to a room in the back since it wasn’t that full. Shower had good pressure & room was clean, bed was a little firm for my liking. Overall, solid stay for the price.
