  They charged me $50 more per room for 2 rooms than they quoted me. They told me one price with taxes at night and another in the morning... 4 of us in the car all heard their quoted price. After they refused to correct the price I agreed to pay it to avoid problems, now they claim I agreed to the price. Well yes, the next day I just paid it. Then they called me and said they refunded my money. Yeah, $20 on one room. Lol, just so they can claim they refunded it. Rooms are old and full of stuff from 1980 anyway. Not updated and the room cost $230 each. Please stop lying in your responses to bad reviews. Be honest and just appologize. The more you claim you did nothing wrong the more stupid you look.

  They told me one price at night and charged me $80 more the next day. The manager lied and claimed it was a new guy mistake the night before but the new guy had spoken to him and confirmed the price. Manager was dishonest and became angry when I told him he needed to keep his word or I would post this review. Now they claim I agreed to the price. Yes, the next day I paid the higher price to avoid problems. So I agreed to pay the price after they refused to honor their claim. Then they called me and claimed they refunded the difference. They did $20 on on room. Just so they can get on here and tey to make my review look false. Please stop responding lies to bad reviews. Just appologize and stop the deception. People can see what you're doing.

  I wish they would take better care of the big lilac bush in the front! It's a big potential beautiful bush! And I loved taking photos of it. But it's slowly getting in worse condition. It desperately needs to be trimmed each year, and it could define use some more consistent water! If it were properly taken care of, it'd be the ideal spot for taking photos! I know its not the employees of the motel's job in anyway to take care of this bush, but I really wish the owner or landlord or someone would put in some effort to take care of this lilac bush. However, the better the grouds look, the more business will be brought into the motel, and maybe even the food trucks out front! I've notice a lot of pet owners like the baugh motel, and some nice grounds to be able to be outside with their dog would totally bring in more customers. The bush is also in such a good spot to be able to separate the food trucks from the rooms, and provide guests some privacy from the highway. Please do something to help this lovely lilac bush, or pass on the message to whoever can!!
