The staff is the most friendly I've encountered, the rooms are clean and well put together, the breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, shallots, and baked goods, and even the pool was nice, despite the hot tub not working.

John at the front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating, and every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome.The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-stocked with every convenience you could need—from a full kitchen to comfortable seating areas. The beds were cozy with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for an excellent night’s sleep. The hotel’s common areas were clean and inviting, including the business area, which was perfect for getting a bit of work done.The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a great variety each morning, from hot dishes to fresh fruit and pastries. It was well-organized, constantly refreshed, and a perfect start to the day. The property itself offers so many thoughtful amenities: a beautiful swimming area that’s relaxing and well-maintained, a spacious fitness room with modern equipment, and free laundry facilities—a huge plus for extended stays.For the level of quality and service received, the prices are very reasonable. Upon checkout, Cheyenne was just as friendly and professional as the rest of the staff, making for a perfect ending to a great visit. - AAA AOct 25, 20251.0I have contacted management at this location as well as customer relations regarding a past stay. The room we were assigned was in terrible condition. The bathtub leaked all over the bathroom, every sliding door was not properly on the track and unable to close, including the bathroom door! Contacted the front desk immediately upon arrival and was told they were sold out but management would be in touch. I’ve left messages for 4 months with not a single returns call or email back. Couch was in terrible condition, stained, crumbs from previous guests left between the cushions. You could see water damage from this leaking plumbing. Horrible experience.
