This Holiday Inn is not just located in the best area of Utah County (restaurants, fuel, snacks, shopping, attractions) but what you will truly fall in love with is the staff led by hotel manager, Angie. From the time you enter the lobby and generally welcomed by Angie and Veronica you immediately know you choose the perfect hotel for the night, week or even months at a time. You will always find a room that was prepared, cleaned by one of their professional house staff which went above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable and carefree as you would have hoped for. There’s never a question as to where I’ll be staying while passing through Utah County. Your stay here will make you want to roadtrip without any other reason but to see and visit with such amazing staff employees here at the Holiday Inn Lehi Utah.
- MLMichael LewisOct 20, 20251.0Book this hotel for a family get together 2 rooms with queen beds it was confirmed when my wife made it there with all my girls was told that they only had king beds available but we could upgrade our rooms to king plus a pull out couch rooms for $75 each room , we tried to reason with them about it got told here is our choices take the king bed rooms or pay the $150 bucks more for the rooms we asked them to cancel our rooms they said i quote " you will be charged for the room if you stay here or not " we chose to stay down the street and was charged less and the staff and hotel was nicer im not sure what kind of things they think they can pull but I would worn anyone that plans on staying there they have some sneaky things they pull , do yourself a favor and find somewhere other than this place to stay !

My spouse has mobility issues so we wanted to stay overnight, close by the event & avoid a last minute rush. There are many hotels/motels in the area & this site had good reviews & reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised. Jamie & Jayden greeted me at the Front Desk & truly set the tone for a great experience! The site was clean & well-organized. Everything in our room worked including the electric shades. There were plenty of outlets, conveniently placed for our electrical needs. Beds were comfortable & the ice machine worked. Pool was great & breakfast was better than most hotels. As stated earlier, my spouse has mobility issues & we always request an accessible room. There was plenty of room for our needs & all room amenities were accessible for both of us. The bathroom meet all of our needs. I could take a shower without stooping & she could safely shower in comfort. We will stay here again; even if it is just to get away. Don’t forget to use their loyalty program-It does make a difference in your stay. Enjoy!
