  Great little hotel, great breakfast and pool. Very nice updated rooms that were very clean. Staff was courteous and quick to help out. Will stay here again in the future!

  My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a wedding and we had a nice stay the staff were friendly and kind and the breakfast was fantastic and the pool was nice. The rooms are nicely kept.

  We enjoyed our visit to the Timpanogos Inn (Best Western). We appreciate JD and Katrina for their efforts to make our stay as welcome and comfortable as possible. And we appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the lady who took care of and replenished the breakfast area so that we and others who came later could enjoy all that was offered for their morning meal. We appreciate the staff who maintained the halls, pools, and rooms; we appreciated the fresh towels, emptied trash bins, and extra soaps. We utilized the room amenities, AC/heater, in-cabinet mini-fridge, television, and pillows (a lifesaver for bouts of physical discomforts; thank you for the plethora of pillows). We enjoyed the clean environment and safety and security of the building; key cards worked great, parking lot was relatively clear of debris, and at night finely lit. Several places for any necessities that need be met were in close proximity to the hotel; walking distance. And the staff, again, were kind and attentive. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely come again! (My favorite parts: the hot tub and breakfast nook! January 16—18 2026 | shared: 1-20-26

  We stopped here on our way home, and chose this hotel because of it's rating of 4.3. The only thing good about it is the beds are comfortable and the location is convenient. I fail to see how they got such a good rating unless the owner's friends and family wrote the reviews! It is maybe a 3.0, at best! This is one of the worst Best Westerns I have stayed at in years. There were no microwaves in any of the rooms, and the walls were so thin, we could hear the TV from the room next door all night long. When I asked the manager about the lack of microwaves in the rooms, he responded with, "They are no longer required by the hotel chain so we took them all out of the rooms." This tells me the owners would do the bare minimum to meet standards, but no more. We will not stay at this hotel again. There are several other Best Westerns in the area, so we will choose another.
