    Don't get too excited if got a handicap room the tubs don't have any non-slip on them and whatever the pretend rollout seat in the bath/shower is is just pretend cuz it it's not put in right

    Dear Holiday Inn Express, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding the conditions I encountered at the hotel last night. There were significant issues with the billing, including incorrect payment records for two nights. Additionally, the front desk manager checked me into a room without my knowledge or consent, and subsequently changed my room. The room I was assigned was in an appalling state of cleanliness and hygiene. It was severely unclean, with beds that were visibly unwashed, crusty and stained towels, and what appeared to be huge blood stain on the mattress. I also discovered old dirt and debris on the floor. The overall condition of the room was not only unacceptable but also posed a serious health and safety risk. I am deeply alarmed by the negligent and potentially hazardous state of this accommodation, which could severely endanger anyone staying there. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure such conditions are not repeated. I am incredibly concerned about the safety and hygiene standards at this place. My son found an old, disgusting little bottle of bubbles on the floor and burnt plastic on the tables. As a mother, I can’t understand why the manager would put a single mother and her child in such dangerous and unclean conditions. This was very upsetting and made me worry for my son’s safety. I hope they take these issues seriously and make immediate improvements. Safety and cleanliness should always come first, especially for children. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After speaking with the manager, I was still charged for my stay, which I believe was unfair given the circumstances. Additionally, the housekeeping manager was rude and unprofessional, blaming me for issues that were not my fault. The assistant manager was equally rude and unwilling to address or work with me regarding my concerns. Both of these ladies lied about the situation and then proceeded to complain about me, which was uncalled for. This level of service and attitude is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer care.
