Unfortunately I have to say that this is actually my worst experience since I became a Diamond member
The represent name kellina was a very unprofessional customer service representative
I checked in at 11:30pm and the next day I called earlier like any other time to request late check out at 12:00
She was very rude and disrespectful yelling at me that was not available late check out and that if I didn’t check out at 11 I will be charged for an extra night.
Unfortunately looks like she has been suffering some medical issues and possibly some mental illness as well. I have a video that is 3 minutes long but it only lets me upload 30 seconds

We checked in on the 15th late at night we had a smooth check in ,not the best customer service but nothing to complain about. When the morning came for us to check out on the 16th we called the front desk to ask for late check out and the lady named kellina was so rude from the start so unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to , we are dimond members we have been members with hilton for over 6 years and although we have not always been granted late check out we at least get treated with respect and manners , this lady denied late check out and gave some bs reasons as to why we could check out even at 12pm we had to check out at 11 and she was very rude yelling at us and talking to us like we were dumb or something for simply asking why we couldn't get late check out she offered no other accommodations or even a sorry for the inconvenience, she stated she is following hiltons "policy" but if she would have been doing that then she can't forget one very important policy that is that hilton GUARANTEED that you will be treated great and if you ask for anything they will do their absolute best to accommodate. That is the reason why out of 100s of hotels we could choose from we always choose Hilton no matter the price we like to be dimond members of Hilton for the perks of checking in early check out late and good customer service and this lady kellina is a horrible representation of Hilton and they should not have her working for that corporation this place of business has lost us as customers due to kellina.

Booked a hotel instead of an Airbnb specifically for the breakfast and this hotel happened to be under renovations that made it so no hot food was available. The breakfast selection was abysmal, there are more cold options they could have provided but didn’t, there was barely any food.
No parking is available either, the lot is way too small to accommodate the number of rooms so we had to risk getting towed.
The pool is also tiny and they removed the one vending machine in the hotel without updating signage.
I should not be paying full price for this lackluster stay.

This was great for a little weekend getaway for a dance convention. The employees were kind.
The pool area was clean (though it was loud with a bunch of little girls haha)
Rooms were clean, beds comfy,
They serve breakfast, it looks like they are remodeling their diningroom right now, so there want much space to eat. And they didn't have a full hot breakfast, but they had a waffle iron out, and cereal, fruit and yogurt.
They also have a ton of fast food and restaurants with-in walking distance. We had fun.
