Called ahead and asked if they had a pool for my two littles. Was told yes, so we booked a room. Showed up next day and they told us just kidding. Had to explain to a toddler. Not impressed

The manager and front desk staff here is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! Due to construction at home, I booked a room to get some sleep and walked in hours after booking letting them know I needed nothing other than a few hours good sleep. They informed me that wouldn’t happen because they only had rooms next to construction. They refused to refund or give a credit to go to another Hilton owned property next door. They didn’t have breakfast available or anything but no warning when booking the room. Just wasted $ and was treated like complete garbage. She even laughed at me when I complained and said it was in her discretion to wether she comped it or not and she said no because she still had a room even if it wasn’t quiet, says she stands by her decision. I love Hilton properties, this team needs to be fired though as they are ruining the Hilton name.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The shower had a bit of mold but not sure if that was our room only. It seems well updated and fantastic location!

My and my girlfriend stayed here for a night and I was incredibly disappointed. The comforter in the bed had a big yellow stain and the mini fridge was dirty, as well as just overall grime. I wasn't aware that their lobby was under construction and that there wouldn't be any warm breakfast and overall it was just a disappointing experience.

This hotel is very disappointing. They have “breakfast”, set up on the front desk counter. Consisting of bagels, apple, and water bottles. We had someone’s dirty socks left in our room as well. I would not recommend this place. The front desk agent however was nice and accommodating, and they do allow dogs for $15. But I would not stay again.
