This hotel is very disappointing. They have “breakfast”, set up on the front desk counter. Consisting of bagels, apple, and water bottles. We had someone’s dirty socks left in our room as well. I would not recommend this place. The front desk agent however was nice and accommodating, and they do allow dogs for $15. But I would not stay again.

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. My room was ice cold. The heat couldn’t warm the room up until about 3am then I woke up sweating. Also, what Hampton inn doesn’t have actual breakfast. That’s usual one benefit to starting Hilton. Not impressed. Walking in to a room that was 35 degrees didn’t help. I thought I staying at motel 6 when I walked in.

Clean room, super nice desk help. Wish there was not so much chlorine in the pool, but kids had a great time.

We checked in on the 15th late at night we had a smooth check in ,not the best customer service but nothing to complain about. When the morning came for us to check out on the 16th we called the front desk to ask for late check out and the lady named kellina was so rude from the start so unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to , we are dimond members we have been members with hilton for over 6 years and although we have not always been granted late check out we at least get treated with respect and manners , this lady denied late check out and gave some bs reasons as to why we could check out even at 12pm we had to check out at 11 and she was very rude yelling at us and talking to us like we were dumb or something for simply asking why we couldn't get late check out she offered no other accommodations or even a sorry for the inconvenience, she stated she is following hiltons "policy" but if she would have been doing that then she can't forget one very important policy that is that hilton GUARANTEED that you will be treated great and if you ask for anything they will do their absolute best to accommodate. That is the reason why out of 100s of hotels we could choose from we always choose Hilton no matter the price we like to be dimond members of Hilton for the perks of checking in early check out late and good customer service and this lady kellina is a horrible representation of Hilton and they should not have her working for that corporation this place of business has lost us as customers due to kellina.
