I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was the perfect temp. The breakfast had an incredible variety. There is a small shop for toiletries and snacks where the prices were very reasonable. There is fresh coffee, hot cocoa, and tea available in the lobby 24/7. They also have a filtered water machine available so we were able to fill our water bottles before leaving each day. The hallways smell AMAZING! My only complaint (which didn’t impact our stay in a negative way) is that the pool decking is very slick tile so you just need to be extra cautious when walking with wet feet. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will without a doubt book it everytime we visit Utah.

Everything well worth it just a small ordeal that could be fixed between renters. Hopefully the ones whom cleans rooms report small things like this and fix it before someone else comes in and be wrongly be accused for something they didn't do themselves but someone else. So just saying this was not me but someone else whom was here before me employee or guest. I know not but hopefully it's something that can be prevented for something that doesn't happen

Reviews I looked at, to help make my decision to stay here are clearly doctored. How its rating is “excellent” is quite baffling. I had booked 2 double rooms. They confirmed one and only after I said something did they see their error. The vending machine on the 3rd floor was out of order our entire stay. The place is Noisy! No exaggeration. If you value sleep, I’d stay elsewhere. No sound resistance AT ALL. I heard the guy next door singing in the bathroom. Every… EVERY door slammed. Laundry room coin dispenser (who uses coin dispensers anymore???) empty of laundry soap and front desk had none. So, I got to drive to Walgreens at 6am in 30 degree weather. Luckily I had a rental car otherwise I would've had to walk in the dark. I checked in on Monday and on Wednesday the noisiest people EVER checked into the room above mine. (I was in 327 in case those people read this. You need to control your children) Continuous Stomping, running back and forth. I complained twice and even played a recording of the herd above and was told they could move me. When they should've moved the people who only JUST checked in. The guy at the front desk to whom I complained said he'd call those guests but the noise continued. So either there was no call or those people don't care about anyone but themselves. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it.
