We didn’t see any notification that this was their policy or of course we would’ve requested housekeeping. Also had issues with our door handle the moment we checked in. So we were actually completely locked out of our room for about 30 min. They eventually got us into the room but only told us maintenance would be called in the morning to fix it. It was hard for me to sleep knowing our door handle was faulty. :(. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was very warm and friendly. :)

Although our room wasn’t ready when we got there they still provided great service. I can only assume it was due to the busy weekend and late checkouts. It was ready within 10 minutes of us checking in. We stayed from 12/26-12/28. Our room was clean, stocked and everything worked fine. We had a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was included with our stay and they had a variety of foods like bacon, potatoes, eggs, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, coffee, juice and teas. I’d recommend this location especially if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel that still provides everything. It’s about 30 minutes from the main entrance to Zion and about 15-20 minutes to the Kolob entrance. Highly recommend staying here!
