  The hotel and rooms were really clean and the breakfast was really good as well. It was really quiet and peaceful.

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, about a month ago. Typical Holiday Inn. Good location, good rooms and nice staff. Everything is great. However, after using the hot tub here, my wife developed a very serious rash. The day we left the hotel, my wife complained about itching and mild rash on her inner thighs. A day later it spread to a much larger area and by the second day it was leaking pus all over. We visited urgent care and they had never seen anything like it. Even after using many different prescriptions by different doctors, the condition hasn't improved after nearly a month. She has to use pads and bandages nearly everyday. I contacted the property and requested a call back from the manager to discuss the sanitation in their hot tub. But unfortunately we never got a call back. The more we look into it, the more it looks to be Hot Tub Dermatitis. I am writing this review not because our stay was bad, but to initiate contact at this point.

  Holiday Inn stay was overall perfect. Kanab is an ideal location if you’re planning to explore both Zion and Bryce Canyon, making it very convenient. The property is well-maintained with neat and clean rooms, and there are a couple of good dining options nearby. The helpdesk service was responsive and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking space available, which made the stay hassle-free. The only downside was the breakfast experience. Although breakfast is supposed to be available until 9:30 AM, by around 9:10 AM most items were already empty and not refilled, which was disappointing. We had to wait for pancakes, and while cereal was available, options were limited. Bread was provided only upon request. Overall, a great stay with a small improvement needed in breakfast service.

  We stayed for about a week and LOVED this hotel.GREAT location in downtown Kanab, walkable to every restaurant and store in town.Nice pool and hot tub. Solid breakfast. Clean, modern rooms. If you are going to Kanab to hike or bike, this hotel is an excellent choice.
