It was a 45 minute drive from Zion. We stayed 1 night driving through and did arrive around 9pm after a long day. For almost $300, I would have expected the AC to work. After we tried a few attempts the man at the front desk said there was nothing they could do until morning. It was extremely hot and I would NOT stay again or recommend.

There are lots of great things about this resort. The location between St. George and Zion is nice bonus for those who want to both golf and hike. The views are amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The golf course is in impeccable shape. That being said, we also found that details mattered a lot here. Our room didn't have patio furniture which was really disappointing when you pay for a room with a patio and view. The hotel staff said that there was nothing they could do since the rooms are privately owned. There was one broken lamp by bedside and no wifi. I'm pretty sure the AC didn't work too but it was ok bc there was a fan. However, this place has a not that old so 😔 c things should work. There was a little kitchen nook with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker but they only provided one days worth of coffee for our 2 night stay. Golf: The course was great and the carts were super nice. We had to pay 70$ extra for me to ride while my husband played. No biggie as that is status quo for other places. We were excited to finish the round on the patio and enjoy a cocktail. The food was very arcade/cafeteria like and no drink menu. My margarita was bad. This is where our disappointment maxed out. For the price point of this resort and green fees they are really selling the other amenities short. What a missed opportunity to maximize on this location. I honestly would not buy property here because the clubhouse menu and bar is so bad. We changed our eating itinerary for the next two days over this. We chose this over Black Desert and I regret that.

Great location to Sand Hollow State Park, very convenient when you’re going in and out multiple times to the park. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of comfortable chairs and a couch that made our stay worth going back again.

After enjoying a great round of golf with friends at Sand Hollow, we stayed here just to sleep, but everyone was very comfortable. The place was quiet, cozy, and had nice amenities that made it enjoyable for a group stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I have stayed at the resort a few times now for the Matt’s off road games. My favorite part about this resort is that it has something for just about everyone or every size group. My first year I rented a smaller condo with my kids. It was great as the proximity to the event is unmatched. The next year, I ended up inviting friends and renting a home. This was obviously incredible as you feel completely free from any type of hotel environment. The homes are also incredible, coming completely stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Each year we have had some small issues in the homes, but the team at the resort are fantastic at fixing or correcting things. My first year we had some construction issues, but they were quick about just moving me to a new location. The Front Desk Manager, Dan at the front desk is a very kind person and great with following up. He is now helped me several years in a row and takes great care every time.
