Coffee, tea and hot water available!! Big bathroom, shower and tub ( which totally brought bath salts) plenty of towels and plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. mini fridge and microwave available. Close parking spots. Keys worked. No complaints!!! Excellent location! I was very happy with my room. Makeup remover wipes were available and so was a hair dryer, iron and iron board. I definitely recommend this place and I definitely would stay here again. The concierge was nice. Everything in the hotel was easy to find.

In the morning I had asked around 7 at breakfast if we could do a late check out and do 12pm instead of 11am as we had a football game, she asked me what room and then said there was none available- not a problem that's totally fine. However we got back at 1040, went to grab our stuff and they had locked the door already! With all our stuff in there. First of all super inconvenient and second I waited 5 minutes so she could reactivate and get our stuff in time. I can't help but think they were expecting us to already come after 11:00 because I already asked so they locked it trying to get us to come after 11:00 and unlock our door. Thats conniving and our door should have never been locked before 11am especially with our belongings in there. Even waiting 5 minutes for the front desk lady to activate my key again we still left before 11!!! Do better.
