- BPbob pedersonMar 11, 20261.0There wasn't much to choose from in Fillmore. We chose this hotel due to reviews. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The room was MODERATELY clean. The bed was old and not very comfortable. Furniture was old and in poor shape. We put a few groceries in the fridge (which was cool at first). It quit and we had to throw our groceries out. The bathtub drain was plugged and filled up while showering. The worst part was that the door lock was broken and did not lock at all. Thank goodness for the chain. Breakfast was not good either. When leaving, I wanted to voice my concerns to the staff and there was no one to be found, even after ringing the bell. I am not hard to please. A clean room is really all I ask.

The amenities were very good, and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with nice options. The staff and management were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again!

- SDShea DawnFeb 19, 20265.0I would give 10 stars if I could, truly good people run this place. They saved so many people from the dangerous roads and terrible weather last night. Even after they booked every room, they gave blankets and coffee to everyone left so they could escape the cold. Aside from their amazing generosity, the hotel is also next to a great Indian restaurant and the rooms includes a huge breakfast. I'll never stay at any other hotel in Fillmore again.
