    Mark at the front desk was amazing and so kind. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. Pool and hot tub open 24/7 and pet friendly. We wish all hotels were like this one !!

    Hotel staff and grounds were lovely. Rooms were neat and clean, dog friendly with ample space to let them wiggle. The grounds were nice and tidy. I was extremely impessed by the staff, sadly the bath tap dripped all night, which was annoying and the shower was one of those that the difference between hot and cold was a tiiiiiny little sliver in the middle. But all things considered those are pretty. minor. I'm pretty sure that if I had complained I would have easily been moved but I was so tired I didn't have it in me to move a room after I was already unpacked.

    Before booking, I nicely asked the hotel manager if I could check out the pool room for a minute. She didn't even look at me, she just shook her head. I thought people at hotels were supposed to be nice, or at least respectful.
