  Everything was fine, I paid my deposit and the problem was that they invented that I cook in the room and the cleaning people opened my suitcases and I made my departure and they never refunded me the $100 deposit and on top of that they charged me $200 more because it says. Let him cook and I had everything to prove that I never did it, the truth is that the staff is terrible and they steal your money

  We have a two queen room on the first floor. I spilled some water on the floor and cleaned it up with a hand towel, what I actually cleaned up was a dirty, disgusting floor. Ew! The hand towel was so brown with dirt! And there were sticky smears in spots, the bottoms of our shoes now stick and make noises as we walk around. Gross!! Please, PLEASE mop the floor as part of cleaning between guests.

  While staying there for 2 days- I was working on my computer in the lobby area at 9:20am when the front desk manager asked me how long I'd continue to work there. I said 20-30 min. She said I need you to leave so I can clean. I said I can't stay in the lobby? She said no. Crazy, her timely cleaning being delayed for a half hour was more important than a guest relaxing on the computer in the lobby. Don't stay here.

  We almost didn't stay here because of some reviews of uncomfortable beds and the pictures looked like it was only sugar/carbs for breakfast but neither of those was the case. The beds were good. Pillows were smaller, which I prefer, and they give 2 per person.. so you've got options. Three bedding layers gave you options there too. Protein on the breakfast line. Saved us time and money having to find somewhere. We had planned on staying in a different area but were behind for the day. I wish we had brought swimsuits, the pool and hot tub NEVER CLOSE and they looked nice. We make this trip every 2 months so we're going to try and make this our stop next time and plan for it better. If you are coming in with a trailer you do need to call, they only have a couple spots you'll fit.

  Nice rooms. Millennium clerk was not very friendly or informative at all. We had to park our rvs way off the property on a muddy lot. We had no trouble but I felt they weren't safe there.
