Housekeeping does not clean rooms during the stay; rooms are only cleaned after checkout. There are also no nearby garbage cans for disposing of trash, which becomes a problem when housekeeping is not provided. Additionally, as a Diamond member, I was disappointed that my room was changed after I had already checked in through the app and selected a specific room. This change was made to accommodate another guest who extended their stay, even though I had made my reservation months in advance. This experience did not reflect the level of service expected for loyalty members.
