- NSNeil Siegel3 days ago1.0Do not book this hotel. Made an on-line reservation, changed date and ultimately cancelled due to a change in plans. At the time (Feb.2026) the on-line reservation system had been hacked and it improperly booked two reservations. Additionally, the hack resulted in malware emails sent concerning the reservation and it being released. The result was that original reservation was charged as a no-show. Hotel would not issue credit. Best Western customer relations stepped in, acknowledged the system errors, and contacted hotel (it is a franchise) to issue a credit. They refused. Calling personally to the hotel they would not let me speak to a manager and said that Best Western customer relations had never contacted them - false. They are deceitful and rude. There are many other hotels in Cedar City UT. My suggestion is to do business with an honest establishment that truly believes in customer service.

I had a great stay and everything was perfect. My favorite thing was the gong used to get their attention of the desk folks were in the back working. I loved that extra touch. Thanks!
- BGBob GJan 28, 20265.0Stayed here 1/26/26 with my son. I specifically moved here from the La Quinta Inn. Staff were super friendly to my son and I. Rooms were in amazing condition. Older hotel with very nice upgrades. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Nice going to guys!
