  This was a great place to stay, and there's nothing to complain about. I stopped here on a long drive from CO to Vegas, checking in later in the afternoon. Check-in staff was great, room was ready and bigger than expected. The shower worked great, no dirty tub or failing water heat. Breakfast in the morning was fine, a standard hotel breakfast with some pico de gallo, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc... Morning staff was good too

  Stayed at this location for 4 nights, my family and I had a great experience. Aubrey from the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast area clean and fully stocked. They greeted my family every morning with a smile. Housekeeping staff was also friendly and did a great job keeping the room clean. The property is really well kept and clean. It has plenty of parking and a very large fire pit for those cold nights. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great quality at an affordable price, I will be staying here on my next visit.

  The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible. They were square and so uncomfortable. It was like they got couch pillows and were like, oh well.

  Do not book this hotel. Made an on-line reservation, changed date and ultimately cancelled due to a change in plans. At the time (Feb.2026) the on-line reservation system had been hacked and it improperly booked two reservations. Additionally, the hack resulted in malware emails sent concerning the reservation and it being released. The result was that original reservation was charged as a no-show. Hotel would not issue credit. Best Western customer relations stepped in, acknowledged the system errors, and contacted hotel (it is a franchise) to issue a credit. They refused. Calling personally to the hotel they would not let me speak to a manager and said that Best Western customer relations had never contacted them - false. They are deceitful and rude. There are many other hotels in Cedar City UT. My suggestion is to do business with an honest establishment that truly believes in customer service.

  Experience was good except when the person above us turned on their shower it woke us up and was very loud. Also, if you’re using their Tesla charger. They charge about 35 percent more than the supercharger a few minutes away for some reason.
