  After a long day of hiking, this lodge was a very nice retreat. The check in & staff were very pleasant and efficient. My room was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was hot and clean, fantastic for my aching legs & feet. The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast I've ever had. My coffee machine wasn't working to my liking, and in less than 10 minutes a new one was at my door. I only wish I could have stayed more than 1 night!

  Less than a two minute drive to the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park. Comfortable, well appointed rooms with excellent beds and all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The most extensive breakfast of any of the complementary breakfasts encountered while on a two week trip in this area. Every single person I encountered at front desk evidence of well executed training program through Best Western. All were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Is a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the area. Restaurant, gift shop, and small grocery store across the street.

  I was really happy with how clean and expansive this hotel was. I didn't know what to expect judging by other reviews. For us in the off season, we were happy how quiet it was. Everything was spotless, the front desk staff was exceptionally kind, breakfast was lovely, and everything was convenient. Happy to have stayed.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. During my stay in December, the hotel repeatedly contacted my room late at night regarding noise complaints that were never clearly verified. After 11 pm, a night-shift staff member knocked on my door again for the same issue. There was no explanation of the verification process, and the approach was intrusive and inappropriate for that hour. I later emailed the hotel manager to raise a formal concern about how this was handled. The response contained no apology and failed to address whether the staff’s actions were appropriate. This lack of acknowledgment suggests an absence of clear protocols, accountability, and basic customer care at the management level. Proper training, escalation procedures, and respectful guest communication are fundamental expectations at any professionally managed hotel. Based on both the incident and the management’s response, I cannot recommend staying here.

  just a few minutes’ drive from Bryce Canyon, which made it extremely convenient for visiting the park. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with a great view. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety each morning. The entire hotel felt quiet, cozy, and welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and truly enjoyed our time here. It was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
