  All the staff are very accommodating, rooms are good and well stocked and clean. Minor complaints would be carpet peeling a away from the wall, loose tiles in room entry, and shower handle very loose. All things maintenance can fix.

  I stopped in on 2/7 for the night. Upon arrival, and waiting at the counter a few minutes for service, the assistant manager finally arrived. After setting things up, I notified of business tax exemption. The assistant manager then (with attitude) said I "could pay anytime now". The tax exemption was not removed but she still processed the transaction. Then, proceeded to deny me a room until I paid in full again, for the tax exempt bill. I was gaslit by the asst manager about this clerical error, stating it was "my banks fault" that she didnt cancel the previous transaction before charging the correct amount. Lies from a "manager". To top it off, mold and hair in an unclean bathroom, and over 15min to get hot water out of the shower. Will be chasing a refund. This was pathetic.

  After a day at a conference I came back and the bed hadn't been made. Called the front desk to find out if cleaners had been through. Turns out cleaners don't make the beds unless you ask for a full service cleaning. None of this had been conveyed to me and she wasn't sure how this information was conveyed to customers. Anyway, I have stayed at Best Westerns before but never one where you have to specifically request house keeping to make your bed. I understand needing to request to change sheets, but to make a bed??? Not a fan.
