I couldn't be more disappointed with the service, not welcoming, I did not get my two bottles of water as a Diamond member nor I got any explanation about the hotel amenities or benefits. Extremely disappointed.

I've been a Hilton loyal member since 2011 and Diamond since 2014 and this is the first time I felt mistreated, uncomfortable and provide zero information during check in process (ex: shuttle to the ski resort, skis storage area, swimming pool, etc, nothing at all). The woman in the front desk was extremely rude, not being helpful at all. Definitely my worst experience ever.

Our 2-bedroom room was very spacious and comfortable, and the full kitchen was extremely useful for cooking meals. The kids loved the heated pool and the library/game room. The self-service laundry with washers and dryers came in handy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The underground parking was a real treat.
