Just got back from a weekend stay and loved it. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from the first minute. The room was spotless—clean bathroom, fresh linens, no weird smells, and everything worked the way it should. After a long drive up the mountain, it was a relief to walk into a place that felt organized, quiet, and well-kept. The amenities were a big highlight: the pool/hot tub area was clean, warm, and perfect for unwinding, and the common areas felt cared for without being stuffy. Location is awesome—right in Brian Head with quick access to town and the resort, plus great mountain air and views. Parking is convenient (the garage is a little tight if you’re in a bigger vehicle, but totally manageable). Overall this was a comfortable, low-stress stay and exactly what we needed for a reset weekend. Would happily come back.

Avoid this property at all costs. Rooms are stuck in the 80’s. No modern thermostats on the gas heaters, just a poorly functioning rheostat type thermostat that overshoots then undershoots. The real problem was the mattress was worn out with a trough for me and my wife. Worst nights sleep ever in a Hilton property and I am a Hilton diamond qualifier. When I told the front desk they just said I am sorry. Nothing else. Extremely poor

Staff was good and very helpful. Location is only about 20 mins off I15 if you are driving through. I would go back but things could be improved.
Great:
Front desk staff fantastic and helpful
Complaints:
Rough linen and lumpy pillows
Restaurant food is low quality
Restaurant made elderly man go back to his room to get his ID before ordering a drink. Overapplication of Utah ID scanning policy. Guy mentioned he was 86 years old!

Nice hotel with excellent staff. They appear to have a store in the the lobby area that was closed when we're there. The main restaurant was good, fair warning they charge 10% for to go orders. The kids loved the large pool and I enjoyed the 2 hot tubs and 2 suanas.
